Dont go to these people!! These guys dont know what they are doing and will try to sell you something. Look elsewhere.
These technicians diagnose suspension very well... However, they are sloppy.. They after installing new control arms and sway barlinks and bushings (3000.00 work) I went home and posted on my Facebook group. "IM SO HAPPY I GOT MY FRONT END REDONE" TO my amazement a mechanic on my group inflated the pic to show me that no cotter pins were installed for the ball joints . Terrible Experience — Waste of Time Very disappointing experience. I first came here for my Uber vehicle inspection and was told it would take around 2 hours. I waited for 2 hours, and even then my car was taken in late. To make things worse, after all that waiting, they did not complete the inspection documentation correctly. They entered the wrong details on my Uber inspection form, which caused me to be unable to drive for 4 days. This was a huge waste of my time and cost me money. I went to them last Saturday and asked them to repair my catalytic converter, but after running a computer diagnostic, they told me I had another issue as well. They said I needed to replace the spark plugs and ignition coils, and they quoted me $1,500 for four of each—I drive a 2010 Toyota Prius. I wondered if it was really worth that much, so I went to another auto shop. They did the job for $390.
New location meineke between Algonquin and Oakton excellent job super Service in and out of there in less than 15 minutes for a flat tire and the fair price I highly recommend going there as of now versus Firestone seems like mine if you still trying to take care of the little guy and we appreciate that more business will come keep up the fare rates and customers will come and come.
