Friendly service and reasonable price
I was on the freeway when my brakes started making a horrible noise. I didn't have a lot of money but I use my car for work so I had to have it fixed. I called 4 different Auto Shops in the area and spoke to Brandon at Meineke. He showed concern for me and told me to come down right away that he would look at the brakes for free and let me know what was needed to fix it. I was charged $600 for two brake pads to be changed and an oil change? They also, forgot to put all the screws back in the undercarriage shroud and was flapping against the car as I drove. I did not take it back. I don’t want them to touch it again
Very professional and fast (less than an hour)! I went in for a transmission fluid change, and they showed me the fluid and educated me on transmission fluid which was wonderful and easy to understand (I don't know much about cars). The price was better than to be expected too, and the car runs very well. Meinenke is my new place for transmission fluid change.
