Excellent service on an oil change and headlight bulb replacement .. then they tried to upsell me a cabin air filter for twice the material and labor costs, and tried to convince me to replace my tires 25k miles early without explanation.
Receptionist was frustrated and, at sometimes rude! I understand the frustration but, a person’s vehicle is a patrons FRUSTRATION as well…… Customer “Empathy”….(can’t teach this but, maybe learn it…. A little🤷♂️
