Zero stars, don’t come here on a Wednesday at 11am unless you want to wait well over 3 hours for a simple oil change. Terrible time management & never informed me i would be waiting this long
I recently changed my oil and discovered that the oil filter from my previous service at Meineke of Pasadena had never been replaced — the exact same filter I installed before was still on the car. Replacing the oil filter is a basic and expected part of an oil change, so this oversight is unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about the quality and thoroughness of their service. I won’t be going back, and I recommend others double-check any work done here.

My boyfriend took his car to Dodge to get an alignment and they completely messed everything up. His alignment was messed up along with the steering. They robbed us of our money! We brought the car here and they fixed the issue with no problems. They are reasonably priced and do an outstanding job! We are satisfied and will definitely be returning.
