On a Friday afternoon Matthew (Manager) gave me an initial diagnosis of what was wrong with the coolant liquid overheating in my Toyota Camry based on the computer code. He anticipated that the coolant pump may need to be replaced based on the code and previous Camrys he had repaired and gave me an estimate. The service was fantastic! Matthew was very accommodating and made us feel welcomed while we waited for the oil change to be completed. The wait time was very reasonable. I used to go to one of the drive-through oil change places but not anymore. At Meineke there were no hard upselling or scare tactics used. Just simple conveyance of information needed. They supplied you with the service you wanted in about the same amount of time, and it was literally half the price of the other guys. They were recommended to me by a friend... read more
