No BS. Did only the work that was needed. Another shop wanted to do a little less than twice the work needed for more than twice the price. Brad is a straight shooter.
I visited the Milford Meineke after an incredibly poor experience at a nearby competitor. Not only did the Meineke folks discover that I did not need the total replacement advised by the competitor, the partial replacement work performed was significantly less expensive than the competitor's quote for the same items. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and efficient, and I will definitely return there for all my vehicle repair needs. My 2009 Kia Sedona will be returning soon for an oil change, or more if needed!

Price was right, people were nice, service was prompt and faster than expected. Can't ask for more than that. Also the bathrooms smelled nice and were clean.
