Overall was good. Lost a star cause I was told an hour and 2 1/2 hours later I had to call to find out what the status of balancing my tires was.
I spent over 400.00 on 2 batteries and they charged me over 11.00 for using my charge card, without informing me about the charge. I could have paid cash, wrote a check, or used a debit.
Great customer service
One big nightmare! My truck was out of business for Use for approximately 10 weeks in and out. It took up so much time of our lives and we had to rent a car to go out of town. It was really hard. The guys were pretty nice but they had a hard time with my warranty company.
