Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told air filter needed to be changed too. I figured it probably needed it. So when I was told 30-40 minutes and came back it wasn't ready. They did not have air filter in stock, but said it would take 5 minutes. Finally after a total of over 90 minutes it was ready.
If I could leave a 0 star review I WOULD. I called the shop after trying to make an appointment on their website and was told they'd be able to service an oil change on my car. We arrived, and the desk persons 7-8 year old daughter is in the lobby and the desk lady tells her to go get "her twin"(the adult male tech/her older son) , we passed off our keys and then were told by the technician he "didn't feel like doing it" because he got off soon.
