I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was very disappointed to see one mechanic working that day. I honestly believe it is unacceptable that one mechanic is doing all the work. If staffing is an issue the responsibility is on leadership. Get out of your office and get in the garage and help this man. It’s clear he is being overworked, hot and struggling. Meineke in Boulder City provided clear communication to me (manager Eric) while my car was being assessed and then repaired. The entire staff was also very kind in that the timing of the repair happened while I was visiting from out of town. Professional and timely work by technician Peyton. Everyone I encountered at Meineke Boulder City was professional and exceptionally kind. Highly Recommended!
