Horrible experience, workers were nice but ive took my jeep to them twice now yet every time the issues are still not fixed and it keeps getting worse
If I could do 0 stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP!!!! I'll start with the fact that they do perform a free inspection and that's exactly the reason I went here. I take my car in for a simple issue with the coolant not circulating which I correctly assumed was the thermostat needing to be replaced. After I drop off the car for inspection I received a call not 4 hours later telling me I need 2200 dollars worth of repairs. From the moment my husband and I entered this location to the time we left, which was hours (no fault to them), they were friendly and accommodating. They got us in right away and kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend going to see Josh and his crew. You will leave feeling like family. Thanks guys!
showed up for a $59 oil and filter change and was informed that my sonata did not qualify for it because my oil filter was not covered, so it would be over $80. Left and had it done elsewhere where I had it done in 15 minutes for less
