Very professional and took care of me. Explained everything to me. Price of work is standard as other shops - but the customer service is what got you 5 stars. David the service writer was exceptional
Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I brought my car in they fixed my original issues but had new problems. I didn't want to think it was there doing but it happened 4 times in a row. The last time they misdiagnosed a electrical issue that they created and charged me for a windshield whiper motor that had I didn't need. I wasn't going to leave a comment but I just had my car checked elsewhere because of a thud when turning and the tire rod nuts Meineke put on, I was to were not even tight let alone torqued to... read more
I recommend Meineke to anyone. They are all very polite. They did a very good job explaining everything to me. They also provide financing options incase you don't have the money for your repairs. I will be going here for any future car needs that they provide. Way to go Meineke!
Had unexpected car troubles on the way home to Illinois. Called Meineke and David said bring it right in. Fixed it in less than two hrs. David was great and his mechanics were awesome. Reasonable price too! Highly recommend!
