Honestly, I wasn't expecting much out of a chain repair shop. The guys that work at the Sheboygan location went above and beyond what I had expected from a chain repair shop. They correctly diagnosed the cause of my reoccurring exhaust leak when other shops fixed the obvious without finding the root cause of the leak. Since their repair, I haven't had any exhaust issues r/t the work they had done. Their customer service is top level, something you don't get much of nowadays.
Good service, competiitive pricing, easy to talk to about next steps for future service. I highly recommend this business.
Simple oil change with two vehicles. Patient, prompt, and outstanding communication.
