Ryan was awesome, finally someone who actually cares about the customer! The old management was terrible, but now things are way better. He took great care of me and didn’t try to rip me off. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to everyone and will be coming back for any services I need.
Great shop... I love these guys... Very efficient and attention to detail.. the caught things that the other shop missed. I am so grateful for them. Very good customer service. Pleasant visit. This is my new shop.
I heard grinding in the morning that to me came out of nowhere on my back breaks. I called Meineke in Boiling Springs and after the phone rang a few time I hung up and was going to call the next. Within 30 seconds Scott called me back because he saw the missed call. I let him know what I was hearing and he said come on in. He assessed my vehicle and let me know that they could fix everything right then and I would be out of here within an hour and half. I thought this would take all day. Very professional Quick to diagnose the situation. I’m dealing with with my vehicle at a fair price. The beautiful lady working in the front office as I was there was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend checking these guys out on Calhoun Memorial Highway, Easley
Best Auto Shop in town hands down. I was provided with excellent service ,and kind faces. I came in with a radiator leak and was helped by Robert. He did everything he could to help me save money ,but receive the best quality parts. It’s hard to get people like that these days. Not seeming to be an issue here. Overall the best experience I’ve had with an auto shop. WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU WONT REGRET.
