This place was incredible! I was on my way to my first day at a new job when I got a nail in my tire. I pulled in and they took my car in immediately and got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. They were so kind and professional. I will absolutely use them in the future and highly recommend! 10/10
Scott at Meineke Car Care Center in Easley was fantastic to work with. He was polite, professional, and went above and beyond helping me deal with the warranty company. He made the whole process much less stressful and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!
This team is kind, helpful, honest and great to speak with every time I’m there! They are also super fast! Scott, Silver and Jay have been great every time I’ve gone in for new tires or new brakes, and remember the little things from each visit. They’re also very understanding when things come up and you have to reschedule. Come here to get that great service!
The employees were super nice and helpful. I needed to leave my car a little longer after it was finished because I had a meeting. They were great about that and Said I could leave it as long as I needed to. I had used a Groupon deal and got an oil change and inspection for a great. I would definitely use their services again
I took my truck here because it is a RepairPal facility and it was misfiring. Not long after I dropped it off I got a call saying the warranty company denied my claim and Meineke said all 4 oxygen sensors had gone out and quoted me right at $1000. I told them to give me a while and I’d call them back, but they pushed financing, which I declined.
