This place was incredible! I was on my way to my first day at a new job when I got a nail in my tire. I pulled in and they took my car in immediately and got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. They were so kind and professional. I will absolutely use them in the future and highly recommend! 10/10
The service at Meineke Transmission Services was excellent. They took the time to check my transmission, ensured there were no leaks, and confirmed my fluid levels were safe for a 10-hour drive back home to Louisiana. The staff was very kind, helpful, and reassuring. I truly appreciated their honesty and care. Highly recommend!
I have always appreciated the excellent professional service here. I recently needed new CV Axels on my 2015 Jeep Patriot to eliminate vibration and they were able to solve the problem. This is a problem that the Jeep Dealership told me they didn’t want to work on. Adam is super good at communicating each step of the repair. No surprises like at other repair shops. Arrived to my appointment at 8 and was turned away, stating that the lift is broken for my specific vehicle. He said that they found out 15 minutes prior to my arrival. There was no courtesy call or an opportunity to reschedule, which led me to believe that they saw what they were going to be dealing with and made an excuse. My first experience was good that’s what made me come back. Booked it with one of their competitors same day and they took my vehicle with no issue, doors open and ready to go.
Went in to meineke to get a 4 wheel alignment, got a halfass 2 wheel alignment. Normally alignment shops will present the before and after results to show the measurements that need addressing. This shop didnt record the before. I asked and employee stated ‘oh they must've forgot’. Ok, moving on, reviewing the after results I asked about the right tire camber needing to come back to center as its almost out of spec, will cause premature wear on outer edge.
