Good service
Incompetent, lazy or just plain sloppy. I don’t know which, but add dishonest to the list. I had a tire replaced only to have the new one go flat a day later. I brought it back, they put the new tire back on. There was no flat. A month later I had a blowout on a different tire, I brought it in, got a new tire and drove home. The next morning that new tire was flat. When I brought it in and complained, the shop manager told me this was not the tire they replaced. Very friendly. I had to go back to have a heat shield removed because it was rattling. I was told the price of a flex hose was $80 -$90 but the price turned out to be $130 plus tax. They tried to sell me new brakes and an oil change and some other problem with the front suspension.
First time they honored a coupon, but instead of the 21.99 they gave me $10.00 off. But at the end the oil change cost over $80.00!!!! Plus they found a bunch of things wrong. Will not be back.
Undercarriage Engine Slash Shield fell off my car on the highway yesterday, just got oil change Thursday, and the guy didn't give me credit for my $10 off!! Instead he made up a $10 shop charge they didn't charge last oil change!!
