I have been to the Meineke in Shrewsbury a number of times and have always had great service.
Everyone was nice. I waited 2 hours for an oil change that I made a reservation for to find out they had also taken my tires and hubcap off. I didn't ask or agree to my tires being taken off nor was it specified when making the reservation. I just wanted an oil change. Now I'm missing a hubcap and need to spend money to replace something I didn't ask to be done. The exact same hubcaps that have been on the car since I got it in 2016 and I leave from an oil change and it fell off that same day before I could properly get home... read more
