Wow, what impressive service! I was heading out on a road trip and was overdue for an oil change. None of the local mechanics could fit me in, not even my usual servicer, Mitchell Suburu. I called Meineke and the manager there said he would see what he could do. Five minutes later, he called and confirmed he could squeeze me in that afternoon. I was able to get my oil changed and safely depart for my road trip. Thanks to the dedicated, professional, and enthusiastic service at Meineke!
Did a great job with mounting and balancing tires on my car. Very friendly staff as well.
I usually go to valvoline, but a friend bought me a Groupon for an oil change at Meineke. I called for an appt. and asked about honoring the coupon. I was assured it wouldn't be a problem... it took an hour for them to change the oil and then told afterwards sorry... we don't accept Groupon anymore. Definitely won't be back. See you soon Valvoline!
