I selected this shop from the list of RepairPal facilities. After the diagnostics were completed, I spoke with a representative and agreed to proceed with the repair. Unfortunately I have to rate this place but I would really love to give it 0 stars. I prepaid for a service that was never rendered! These people are crooks and they’re dishonest! I had to call the police for a refund and am now in the process of filing for legal action! I waited two weeks for a part that I was overcharged for! I paid for an oil change that never happened and I know this because I went to the Jaguar dealership and it was confirmed!!!! Imagine if my engine would have blew!!!! They are disgusting liars!!
