I appreciate that they are open on the weekends and have very reasonable prices. I didn’t love that my appointment was at 2pm and my car wasn’t taken in until after 3pm. The tech said it’s a known issue with their appointment system not accounting for previous appointments, so a bit frustrating but I may give them another try because everyone was nice and friendly.
Jessica did a good job helping me get a Synchrony credit card. The front brake replacement went well too.
Jessica and the team were very helpful and understanding! I will continue to take my car here and recommend to family and friends!
Something going on here. I bought a car through Carvana and immediately started feeling the break pedal pulsating as if the rotors or breaks weren’t ok. Called Carvana to get this fixed. They referred me to their “contractor” Silverrock. Silverock referred me to this shop. They claim they did all the testing and there’s nothing to be done.
