My first time there and it was great. Customer service is Top.
Alina at the front desk is lovely! She was very supportive. It's a comfortable waiting room with nice beverage options and a small table suitable for remote working. The only reccomendation for the waiting room would be to add snacks for longer waiting customers. This being said, loaner cars are available which was a great option after some time.
