Everything was fine until they charged me $390 just to diagnose a problem, then ended up not correctly diagnosing the problem. They charge hourly for diagnostic evaluations, as if we have any oversight to see how that time is spent. Then I had to get my own part because their policies prevented them from being able to get the correct one. Every time I come to Meineke at this location, they take amazing care of my vehicle and never have any issues. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I would recommend bringing your vehicle, great quality work!

please don’t bring your car here. I am making this post, especially for single mothers who don’t know about cars it could be taken advantage of. My car had a small leak of power steering fluid. They did an assessment complete with pictures and told me everything that was wrong with the car and that the hose just needed to be replaced. I was there for eight hours.
