Impressed! Great communication, very friendly staff, reasonable pricing, and my vehicle was handled with care. I was informed of recommendations for future repairs, but not pressured into scheduling them immediately. I really appreciated that!

Went in for an oil change w/out an appointment. They got me right in. Every place will tell you the 100 different things that need to be done to your car, but this Meineke provided me with the inspection report including pictures to prove their recommendations. Brad was super patient with me and helped me decide what was most important. While deciding, I contacted my regular mechanic, he agreed with the assessment and the both quotes were nearly the same. Thanks guys!
I took my car into this Meineke for a simple oil change. I was told my car needed quite a few repairs-some of which were urgent. It was upsetting as some of the issues were pretty costly. I took my car to another service station and learned that my car did not have the issues that Meineke quoted me. As with many people these days, money is very tight for me. It’s very discouraging that they would try to rip people off. Do not trust this station.
