What a wonderful experience. The staff were inviting and chill. The waiting area was clean and well spaced. I arrived early and was immediately helped. They thoroughly inspected my car and gave me a complete list of items and their order of importance. It was affordable and easy. Thanks Meineke! I will be back and refer others. My oil change was $36 with synthetic oil. I brought the staff cookies just to be nice. The world could use a lot more niceness. Thanks again West Sacramento Meineke
It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic. The gentleman who checked me in stated it would take 2 hours. I explained to him I made an appointment at 10 AM from the previous day and his answer was we had several walk-ins before you got there. It sounds like walk-ins take precedence over appointments. My daughter and I patiently waited with no updates until I finally went to the counter after three hours and asked for an update. They were both professional and timely. The work was completed and I was back on the road within a couple of days. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.
