Couldn’t wait to share the experience I recently had with Noel G. at Meineke! Beyond exceptional service when one of the spark plugs was causing a misfire in the engine >.<. I was greeted by Noel who was patient when I asked the same question multiple times because I kept forgetting, knowledgeable in knowing what was needed and provided suggestions and education going forward, and thorough in explaining the codes and issues that were being addressed for my understanding.
