They did great job without any doubt

This is my second time going in for an oil change, and the service has been great. The woman at the counter is friendly outgoing, and has a great sense of humor. The shop is spotlessly clean. They never try to upsell me and someone is always able to answer any of my questions overall both times great experience.
I spent nearly $3,000 on new calipers, brake pads, rotors and an oil pan, for me to discover exactly one week later that a missing bolt was causing the caliper to rub against the wheel rim. Called them multiple times and the guy named Michael kept denying any responsibilities *obviously*. When I told him my car was shaking a lot while braking after they had completed the brake repair, he kept telling me the ABS module was faulty and the missing bolt simply made its way out own it’s own, exactly one week after I picked up my ... read more
