Appointments were booking 2-3 days out. I arrived 5 minutes prior & my car was driven in to the garage 20 minutes later. Took approx. an hour for an oil change & replacement of 2 filters.
Prices went up! To over 100$ for an old change no thanks
Well…. When I had an oil change in May I found out that they “bent the pan “ underneath….. they ordered a new pan and it finally came in last Monday…. They told me it would take 2 hours…. When I dropped it off, they told me it would be six hours so OK that’s all right.. I went to breakfast with a friend, then a received a call that they needed my car 1 1/2 to 2 days ??? My brakes gave out the other day and I was panicking looking for somewhere to at least take a look at my car. I got out of a shift that started at 4:30am to a place down the road and received horrible service. I called Meineke and showed up after. Cassandra Khan was so understanding. She explained the parts that needed to be replaced and she did not make me feel bad for anything. She helped me so much and made me feel welcome and a lot better given the circumstances. Amazing customer service.
