Looked at my car no charge. Great service
Quick service despite a busy parking lot, not the first time. Straight forward with diagnosis and pricing and eta of completion which was also quick. Small town service under a corporate name.
Limped into Meineke with a flat tire on our motorhome. Neal and his staff bent over backwards to get me back on the road. They are unbelievable professionals and are great people just to converse with. I would highly recommend them for service. Thanks again for your help!
09/2025 had them take a look at a used car. I bought locally from a dealer with a great reputation, but I really needed this Meineke in Troy Ill to take a look at it in order to feel comfortable with the car purchase. Loved that they gave me a heads up with needed future service and how much to expect to pay for it. I strongly recommend these guys. Especially the guys running the office.
