Scheduled an oil change online, they “couldn’t find my appointment in the system” after I got a text and an email, then gave my spot to a walk in and had me reschedule. Asked for full synthetic, they gave me blend. Cashier was unhelpful when I asked why. I’m sure it’s fine enough but this behavior is so unprofessional.
Took care of an important issue with short advance warning.
