Didn't make an appointment, walk in service. The front desk associate was friendly and helpful in ensuring my car was taken in. The tech was friendly even to my puppy and kept me posted on the timing for my car.
The lady that worked in the front was very pleasant and seem to work diligently at keeping the guys rolling the cars through as it was a very, very busy day. I will go again.

Terrible experience I want a refund. My vehicle had a check engine light I bought it in,service was done ,check engine light was still on when I was called to pick my vehicle up , I was told what the issue was and that it’s an easy fix, and I had to pay for service that I didn’t need To get my keys back. Paid a left with the Same problem I arrived with.
