Have taken our 2011 Rav-4 for inspection of noise. Bill and his crew determined it was a water pump bearing gone out. The belt tensioner was in need of replacement, drive belt, coolant and thermostat. Was great service to keep the reliable work horse the Rav-4 is. The job was done in half a day. Great service!!
Can oil changing be the most positive impression of the day? Yes, if it's about Meineke Gilroy. I called at 8 am, quickly got an appointment for 11am. I arrived, handed over the car and received it in 25 minutes with the service done. Bill Des Roches, owner, is the most responsive person, he will always advise about service related to the car. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't try to over upsale. Highly recommended!
Great customer service, very direct and informative, no frills service and didn’t try to up sell me on anything I didn’t need. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes for an oil change. I felt taken care of and will be back.
My husband Carlos had an issue with a sensor and some hoses on his Titan Truck, so he took his vehicle to Meineke. They were extremely professional, more affordable than the dealership, and clearly very knowledgeable about the issue. He was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they resolved everything. Bill was especially personable, fair, and demonstrated excellent workmanship. He highly recommends this location and will definitely return if he is in need of service again.
