I had a tire issue and dropped in without an appointment and the team took care of me on the spot!!
John at the Derby location went above and beyond to make sure the tires were balanced correct after my concern about a vibration, he did at no charge to me, which i would of happily paid to have redone. He insisted since it had been done just recently there. Highly recommend them, great customer service and quick to resolve the problem.
I stopped by thinking it was Midas. Showed the guy a coupon I recieved. He said ok he could get me in. He waitrd 5 minutes and said there will be a $10 charge for your oil filter cartridge. Other cars just have a oil finter yours is a cartridge and its $10 more. 15 minutes later he comes back and says we are going to break your oil plug lose and it will be a $10 charge. I said what? He said you must have taken it to Jiffy Lube and they rounded off the plug, its just $10 more. My car does not go to a nail salon. I dont $10 mo... read more
