Needed new lug nuts, and the auto tech was insistent that I get new studs. Studs were perfectly fine and to change lug nuts I got quoted 130 dollars and then filed a motion stating my vehicle cannot leave their shop and would hold onto it
I made an appointment online for an oil change. They were really busy, but they got me in and out super fast. So appreciative.
I like this particular Meineke in Derby because the guy at the counter is straight up with you. They do good work, sometimes price is spot on or better and other times may be a little much when compared to other places but some of those other places will load you up on some BS that you really don't need ATM and have not had that issue here. Good place to go IMHO.
I gave them a job that I had screwed up and team Matt came through! There were awesome! I will use them again!
I wish i could leave a 0 star rating. I am a manager of a repair facility myself and when calling to address a concern with a mutual customer that has been without their car for nearly a year, the manager cursed at me, was very rude, disrespectful and out right stated he doesn't care and wasn't going to do anything to (including even hearing/discussing the concern) to rectify the situation. I would really think twice about taking my vehicle to someone that doesn't care!!!
