I love having Meineke as my go to for all things needed to keep up on my maintenance. Even when I’m just concerned about a feel or sound, they take great care of my car and put my mind at ease. Additionally, their team’s friendliness and genuine guidance isn’t something you’ll get anywhere else.

The store manager/office manager was very nice, but another woman working there made the experience awful. Twice, while I was clearly on the phone, she came up to me and accused me of not actually being on the phone. I had to end my call just to get her to stop interrupting me. After my car was done, I sat there for nearly 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my payment while she kept talking instead of helping customers get checked out.
