I only had an oil change and they had to install the new backlight. I thought they were very accommodating.
We went to get an estimate for a muffler repair; they gave us an appointment at 10 but didn't take the car back till noon, so we didn't get our estimate till 12:30 ... so 3.5 hours for no repairs.

Paid more then 160$ for diagnostics of my a/c Got an answer that there’s a problem (well daaa, this is why I’m here), didn’t offer to find the source of the problem just asked another 600$ to refill Freon, I declined, I can share the invoice that don’t really explains what was done to my car and what I’ve paid for, if there’s a problem and you’re diagnosing so write down what the problem is if you can’t diagnose be fair and don’t cahrge the full amount on diagnostics, or at least offer to fully diagnose and explain the price... read more
