It was an amazing experience. The manager was absolutely wonderful and he is a wonderful man to talk to. They were on time & did excellent work. I would recommend Meineke to anyone off 606 northland blvd.
Went there specifically for the online coupon deal on my oil change and was told that location doesn’t accept online coupons. Was told it’d take half an hour for the oil change and was there for 50 minutes. I watched several customers come and go because no one payed them any attention or even attempted to see what their business needs were. When I left I found that my hood was not secured properly. Poor Communication, Very unprofessional staff and unorganized. Shop was very dirty and infested with ants. I was told I could receive a discount of $10 from the website coupon and then was told the system “wouldn’t let it”. The problem seems to be fixed on my car, but I will not be returning and I will be calling corporate about the service and cost of repair. Unsatisfactory Experience.
God bless these hard working guys. I've been to many mechanic shops and this place is by far my favorite and the best guys to fix any problem or issue for a fair price. Nothing is too difficult for meineke! 🙏🏽
