Poor Communication, Very unprofessional staff and unorganized. Shop was very dirty and infested with ants. I was told I could receive a discount of $10 from the website coupon and then was told the system “wouldn’t let it”. The problem seems to be fixed on my car, but I will not be returning and I will be calling corporate about the service and cost of repair. Unsatisfactory Experience.
God bless these hard working guys. I've been to many mechanic shops and this place is by far my favorite and the best guys to fix any problem or issue for a fair price. Nothing is too difficult for meineke! 🙏🏽

Arrived for my scheduled appointment. The man at the desk was pleasant. They took my car in and it was serviced pretty fast. Problem got fixed. Everything seems to be good. The price for services was reasonable. I'm very satisfied with bringing my vehicle to this Meineke.
