A little rude and rushed. I was here for a oil change..I had a $20 off coupon for a full synthetic oil change that's originally 79.99. After all the fees and things I ended up paying $75. Do I should only had an $5 coupon. My sticker for window wasn't replaced. So I mentioned it they put whatever number was close.
They've always taken great care of my car and I've always gotten the best deal!
I went in for an oil change and they didn't say I needed a lot of other stuff done.
Manager was nice! Great customer service!
i’m not sure what his name was, but he’s older. he was kind of rude and off putting.. all i was getting was an oil change. he said “give me them keys” and when i got back in my car numerous different buttons were clicked and settings were changed. not sure an oil changed called for all that? I also had a coupon but looking at my receipt i think he something wasn’t applied.
