The area manager was very rude when I came with a new car said I was a new customer been there many times I asked for his supervisors number he said he was the supervisor I asked foe his number he said he was on vacation still refused to give me a number charged ne extra and didn't even put the right milage on fir thr next service
Had my appointment for oil change this morning. When I arrived the man that was a the desk said, you can't stay here this is a drop off only shop, not a stay and wait till is done. I asked since when??? . Have been here 4 times and always wait till my vehicle was done. He says, "your vehicle is not on the system, this is your first time here.' Got me in on short notice which was a real plus as I needed to do some unexpected traveling.
After the diagnostic, I was given options. We discussed the best for my vehicle. Time was a bit longer than anticipated to finish, but I am very pleased with the experience.
