Very good service. For $54.57 (with a coupon from the mail), I got a full synthetic oil change, inspection, and topped off fluids. They only do full synthetic oil which is great, and of course comes with inspection & topping fluids. They also send you a link via text which shows you a bunch of photos for proof of what was inspected -- for example, one of the photos was my air filter so I can visually see for myself how dirty it was. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at this Meineke location first thing on a Saturday morning. I was on time for the appointment and was sitting in the waiting area. An hour later, the store manager came over with a sheet of paper with a new price quote, telling me they were unable to get the plastic cap off because it had seized and was stuck and they wouldn’t be able to remove it without breaking it, so they wouldn’t need to replace the cap with an aluminum one for $140 bringing the total with the oil change to a... read more
I brought my car in a year or so ago to have a nail in my tire looked at. It was unfortunately not in a location where it could be patched. My car has non-standard size tires that most shops don't carry, and they helped me find a shop that did so I could get it replaced. I didn't end up having to pay for the inspection since they weren't able to repair it! All the shop guys were pretty nice and chill too.
