I have used this location several times in the past, but unfortunately my most recent visit will be my last. When scheduling service for my daughter's vehicle, I specifically confirmed the tire rotation both during the online appointment process and again during the follow-up call. I also confirmed it a third time when dropping off the vehicle. The only appointment available online was at 5:00 PM.
