Terrible experience: I have a '21 Volvo that needed new brake pads. I have been a client of Meineke for over 10 years (no longer after this). When they took the brake assembly off, they stripped the caliper bracket. They tried to say it was because of rust but there was zero rust when he showed me later and when they tried to order the new part, they claimed no repair shop in town had it, so they needed it to be overnighted.
