Had to get a new battery for my car and the lady working at the desk was so kind and understanding! All of the staff were nice. Would definitely come back for any issues again!
I took my vehicle to another shop and the experience was horrible, So I left and brought my vehicle to this location, and Angie and Dalton were AMAZING!! The were so professional, understanding and took care of me and my vehicle in no time. My insurance approved everything. Angie and Dalton are definitely an asset to this company! I would recommend this shop to everyone. Thank you for all your help! You went above and beyond to get my vehicle what needed to be done.
I had to have my car towed somewhere nearby & elected Meineke to take care of my vehicle...and I was so glad that I did! It was my 1st time using their services, & they were amazing! Angie ( customer service) was so kind, helpful & knowledgeable!... and explained every step of what needed to be done, & the rest of the staff as well ! I was very pleased with their service ( more-so than any other mechanic I've encountered ... and I'm 55) and would recommend them highly!! :)
