Took my son’s car in for some much needed maintenance and repairs. Got an accurate quote over the phone, great communication at all phases of the project, and the work was done ahead of schedule! When something unexpected arose, I was contacted immediately, sent photos of the issue, and allowed to decide how to proceed. I felt valued as a customer and trusted that the estimates were fair. I’ll definitely go back for maintenance on my other vehicles!
The first time I went here my experience was amazing the manager kept me updated on everything. He told me about all the repairs/issues that my car had even reached out to the place that i had my car serviced at before because they did some faulty work. But this time around it was a different it was a different manager he didn't keep me updated never once told me about any repairs my car needed.
