Excellent service
Fixed my issue expediently and efficiently had an issue with a loose hose and then they took care of it. No problem so I highly recommend my Nike. They do stand by their work.
They took my car in quickly and returned it at the time promised. Overall it was a great transaction. I like that I could make an appointment online.
I'm satisfied with the quality of the repair work, but I'm unhappy with how they priced the work. First, they charged me 4.5 hours of labor even though the job was done in two, and even the official Nissan reference shows it as a 2-hour job. Second, they charged me more than double the OEM Nissan cost of the part, and I'm sure they paid far less for it than OEM. I have taken my cars into this Meineke a few times. I like that they don’t try to up sale you. Just do what you came in for and let you know if there are upcoming services needed.
