Tuesday was a great day for me at Meineke in O'Fallon, Illinois from the moment I entered the building. There was an existing wait-list, but I was immediately served. My slow leak was fixed in record time and the cost was reasonable. In the interim, as I waited, the staff were warm and welcoming. Not sure whether I appreciated the excellent service more or the hospitality displayed. They felt like family. I strongly recommend Meineke!
Needed a battery replaced but was given new information by the team at Meineke that was a great relief. The man at the desk was friendly and informative. Will give another visit next oil change.
Mark and Cody were professional and provided excellent customer service during my visit. I appreciate their work and efforts to resolve my issue.
The manager and mechanics were very open and honest about what was going on with my brakes and what issues they had to replace them. I really appreciate them for keeping me informed. Great job and excellent service!
