On 7/16, I stopped at the Fairview Heights location first. The manager said she only had one tech and couldn’t get to me that day. She called the O’Fallon location. Mark told her to send me over! Mark was extremely kind and helpful. I have a fleet vehicle that had some required maintenance that needed to be completed. Even though the maintenance that needed to be done wasn’t a “high dollar job”, Mark made sure I was taken care of. He stayed well after the shop closed at 5:00 PM….he went above and beyond!
