I recently had a great experience with Meineke Car Care Center in Norwich, CT. They were very thorough, professional and friendly. I was able to get a same-day appointment on a Saturday and the mechanic began working on my car minutes after I had arrived. It was my first time using this garage and I definitely plan to be a return customer. Thank you guys!
They where extremely helpful and treated me like I’m one of there own made the process much much easier and smoother
Place is a absolute rip-off. They are rude and overcharge for minor work. Wanted to replace a small selection of pipe and wanted $600 and told me it was for parts and labor. When I asked what the price was for parts and labor the manager got all mad because obviously he was just trying to rip my wife off and was caught. The whole exhaust section was only $200 but he wants $600 to replace 8" of pipe only.
