Ryan took care of my car a week back, his customer service was a 10/10. I had a coolant leak and Ryan took the time to explain to me exactly what was happening, why it was happening, and what to look out for in the future! Service was extremely fast dropped the car off at 8am got it back by 1:30pm. 100% will be returning to Meineke for auto care.

I recently returned to Meineke Car Care Center in Norwich, CT to have them fix my engine cover. It was hanging down and dragging on the road. To my surprise they fixed it free of charge! This was my second visit to Meineke and once again everyone was professional and friendly. It's nice to see that good customer service still exists.
I was able to get in quick and they had European oil for my car. The technician caught a snag and reported that my oil drain plug (bolt-head) snapped during my last oil change .They had to get it out carefully and were able to do so. Even with the setback, Ryan did an excellent job of calling for the part and getting it within 15 minutes, which was super impressive- and they didn’t even charge me extra!
