First time going to meineke loved the service my mechanic was amazing he kept me informed about my car with every detail i will be taking both my cars there for now on a very happy customer
Was referred by my family to use them. Got a diagnostic done. They were prompt and professional. Unfortunately this time they weren't able to help me fully because my engine needed to be replaced and isn't worth the cost on my old bucket... but when I get another car I'll be back for their assistance.
This particular facility was extremely overpriced and had stipulations in place which made no sense to exist. I asked why would it cost more to install parts you purchased yaself . I was informed it's that way because parts that malfunction aren't their responsibility. Yet how does a brand new part if installed properly ,malfunction? I paid $470 for 2 rotors and 4 brake pads. I could've gotten all four done for half of what I spent at meineke. Got quoted $5000 for the suspension on a 2007 gmc yukon denali?
