Have to give Meineke in New Haven a 1 star, the process was smooth however I got charged $775 for an oil change + brake pads to be replaced on all 4 wheels. No rotors, just pads after getting opinions from other mechanics and friends, I would love to come back but simply cannot justify the $$$ needed.
They want you to pay double the price even though they don't know what they are doing much better places that won't rip you off in town
I would encourage everyone reading this review to seek service elsewhere. I called this Meineke for a quote to replace the rear rotors and brake pads on my car. The price was appealing and I scheduled an appointment to have this work performed the next day. I was told over the phone that this service would take 2 hours. After waiting for 3 hours, I asked for an update on the job and was told that they had yet to start. If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an APPOINTMENT for 1pm to get my car diagnosed. Dropped off car and ubered home. At 4:15pm I called to get an update and no one answered and no machine to leave a message. 5pm I called back and nothing. 5:15 I call back and after over 4 hours they still had no seen my car and had no plans of letting me know before they closed.
