The mechanics and staff at the New Carrollton, MD, shop treated me well and were attentive to the issues I had with my car that was over 20 years old. I never felt like the old lady with the old car. Replacing the engine with another old engine bought me three extra years. I think the parts dealer may have taken advantage of them, though, because the second engine died with about 50 thousand fewer miles on it.
