The price is okay. They did not have the oil that was listed on the coupon so I have to do full synthetic which was more. Also, they did NOT fill fluids which is super frustrating.
Took my car in for an oil change and vehicle inspection and it took 3 days to complete
Lack of customer service. Lack of communication, vehicle wasn't properly diagnosed the first time. Received a text that the vehicle was ready and it wasn't. Vehicle was ready the next day. Totally frustrated. Left socket wrench part under my hood which made my hood stick up on the passenger side. No need to take your vehicle there.
