Very friendly and helpful .. the app is so easy to set up your own appointment .. enjoyed my easy oil change experience with Meineke.
Cool place, guy there didn’t make me feel pressured or like I was dumb like other places have, definitely coming back!
I went for a walk in but they were down from 5 guys to only 1 in the shop that day so the Manager Chris had me make an appt. I came in on appt day and they got my truck right in and Chris told me not to worry about the extra 2 qts of oil I needed. The guy who did the work accidentally put that days mileage and date on my when to return sticker, when I noticed he quickly apologized and gave me an updated sticker. I would go again. I found a Groupon for an oil change. They didn’t try to sales pitch for add ons except for an air filter that NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. Even then I was not over charged. Everyone I came in contact with was nice and honest.
