Came in for a tire patch and had to come back a couple times due to a thumping noise afterward. They stuck with it, kept working through the issue, and eventually found the cause. There was something under the car that was loose, and they fixed it at no charge, which I really appreciated. They also took care of a brake squeak I had just to help me out, which I also extremely appreciated. Everything is running smooth now.
