Satisfactory however, I would like the print out to show that fluids were checked tires aired . the printout did say they rotated my tires ( i asked them to)and oil changed. they gave me a verbal recommendation to have my brake pads at rotors changed at next visit. but would not put it in wrighting? I thought this was odd. They did not look at the history of the car or they would have known what oil to quote me instead of just quoting the higher one. makes me you wonder a little
Communication could be better it took them three hours after the time they told me to get my tire to actually get my tire and there was no communication so I came in thinking it would be done and I sat there for hours
