Horrible customer service! Had breaks done on the rear, then a week later breaks go out and told it was because of front break pads. Then it takes 2 days because they had to bleed breaks overnight, I’ve never heard of that. Then still don’t get it till well after we were told. Do not go here!
My husband took my car in to get my brakes fixed and they were able to fix it and get my car back to me in the same day. They stayed open a few extra minutes so that I could have my car back.
I took my Car on a Thurs. afternoon. I dropped my keys off with the employee and asked for a standard oil change. He said he wouldn't be able to get it in the same day and I said that's fine I can leave it over night. I got no phone call the following day and called first thing Saturday morning and spoke with another employee and asked if my car ready. He said I need to approve the work before they start.
