Great experience. Great team.
After my wife brought our car back from an oil change, I drove to the store and noticed (heard) the splash shield had not been fastened after the oil change was completed. I went back to Meineke and the shield was reattached without question. Mistakes happen but resolution was great.
Everyone was helpful and informative. They even made suggestions about my car to make it less costly.
