Called to ask a question and guys was rude.
Very friendly and easy to make an appointment. Had my brakes done a few months ago had to go back the next day because they sounded worse than before I took my car in. Something was bent and that was causing the noise they fixed it free of charge. Just got my tires replaced yesterday. Got home. Left again a few hours later and my tire light was on. Took my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment and it took 3.5 hours to get done. I've had places do more than that in less amount of time. I wouldve gave one star but the only good thing that they did was not charge me for the alignment since the truck is older and rusty and they couldn't do the alignment properly.
Meineke is a great place, they do a great job of getting you in and care from the door to the time your car is done. Great good Thanks
