No good. Called about inspection, (they do first come first serve daily). Made call at open and they are half a mile from my home. He said no way they can get it in. An inspection takes 30 minutes! How could you not have time already at 10AM. That’s just being lazy. If you offer inspections on a walk in only basis, you need to be prepared to take customers all day.
Say they do emissions tests online but their scheduling form is confusing. Booked only to be told when I arrived they don’t do those on Saturday’s. Also only use this location if you plan to drop off. Waiting room is small, dirty, and bathroom was closed.
Rear brake replacement on both rotors and both sets of pads. Another shop quoted me $780 after tax. The gentleman at the desk, Jim I believe was the name, gave me an estimate of ~$400 before tax. Dropped it off a few hours later and went home. Got a call that it was done about an hour and 10 minutes later so I made my way back and picked it up total was about $450 after tax. Saved me near $300 and was polite, quick, and straight forward. I will definitely be returning for future issues.
Went in for a brake inspection. Explained the issue I was experiencing. They stated the entire brake system needs to be replaced to the tune of $900+. Turns out the brake hose just needed to be replaced. Part cost about $30. Save your $95 if you’re having brake issues.
