I dropped my car off last Thursday. I was sent an estimate for repairs and agreed to have repairs done, I was told the car would be ready from next day pickup at 10am. I called the next day spoke with assistant manager Jacob stating “ you were told that the car would be ready well we need more time, give me until this afternoon.” Ok I called back later that afternoon and was told that the wrong part was ordered and they were waiting on new part. They’re really kind and fast. The manager or owner Michael was really a big help.!
This was one of the worst experiences. They were supposed to be replacing struts & alignment $2k+. I left vehicle and waited from 8:30A - 5P on 4/12 to find out nothing had been done on my car due to screw up with parts. I remained calm and gave Jacob, asst. mgr until today 10 days for parts to arrive (4/23). Of course no parts, no expected delivery date and trying to keep my money because I signed a lease/loan agreement. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THIS MEINEKE IS A RIP-OFF. I have used Meineke for small jobs, tip replaced on tail pipe, welding of hanger when my muffler was loose. Also used them for muffler and exhaust system replacement when my car was damaged with spikes entering an apartment complex. I recently had a full headlight assembly replaced on my 2015 Nissan Altima after constantly replacing bulbs due to manufacturing issues with lights for the 2013, 2014, & 2015 Altima that the recall was to correct but did not.
