I brought in my 2012 Buick Lacrosse to check for nois which I thought was from the exhaust system. The exhaust system checked out fine it was the design of the front wheel drive. The intake personnel complimented on how clean the car was, I inquired how much did I owe, they stated 0.00. This is customer service at its finest. It’s also how you attract loyal customers!
Trust Worthy Mechanics
It’s REALLY hard to find a shop with a staff that you can trust. After being burned so many times I went into this with that mentality. Boy was I wrong. From the sign in process, we were heard when explaining our issue. We were then given estimates that were printed out that clearly listed the parts, labor and price for each.
