Came in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation, and I was out of there in like a hour. They are amazing!!!

I have to say it was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a bad time. We were traveling from Florida to Alabama for vacation, my cars serpentine belt broke on the highway. I was a mess but Jemarco Shade was such a pleasant person. He eased my stress dearly. So polite. And the service tech, unfortunately I did not get his name but he was just so kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

I had an appointment on August 19th at 8:00 a.m. I got there at 8:00 a.m. it was only one employee working up front. No mechanic in the brake shop area. He told me that mechanic would be in at 1:00 and he would call me when he arrives he called me about 3:00pm and said that he had to reschedule me for the next morning. Again he said he would call me first. Well guess what? I never did hear from Meineke. wasted my whole day to get a parking brake cable replaced and this is what I get. I will not be going back here.
