Brought the car in for a rumbling in the front end, they didn't test drive the car first, just recommended expensive repairs, $3491.48 worth of repairs. And guess what none of the repairs had anything to do with the issue . After $3491.48 in repairs the rumble is still in the front end. And they even told me it was safe to drive, when infact it is not. They are only interested in making money on none needed repairs and not in the actual issue or safety of the customer.
I tried to play weekend mechanic and tried to install a catback exhaust in my garage that didn't turn out quite right. I took my truck to Meineke and Jonathan and Chris got me straight. They were very knowledgeable and pointed out the mistakes I made and what I needed to do to correct it. They never pressured me to have them perform the work, but after speaking with them, I decided to have them do it to have it done the right way. So glad I did, it turned out great.
