I took a fleet vehicle into my local shop for an oil change. When the crew discovered that it was a fleet vehicle the price went from 114.00 to 350.00. They tried to charge me 180 dollars for a visual inspection. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere.
Service was great until the upsale pitch. Then the experience went south. Tried getting me to spend another 2000$ on things definitely not needed.
I had some car trouble 2 hours from home. These guys were able to jump in and get my car fixed quickly so I was able to make it home that day. Fantastic service. Meineke should give the staff a raise.

UPDATED FEB 2026: Yesterday was the last time I'll be using them. The last 3-4 times I've been, I have experienced an aggressive up-selling effort. I went to get an oil change, an hour and a half later they call me to tell me I need over $4k in work done before I went on a longer trip, which I declined.
