This used to be where I always took my car, spending thousands every year and accumulating points. Points had never expired so I just kept accumulating them. Then for my next visit which they knew Id be coming for my brakes and oil change all of a sudden my points were ZERO?!? Had to be a mistake maybe they let someone else use them? Many emails and a few calls later It was tdetermined they expired all of a sudden. Since when did points expire? Hadn't for the years I had been going there.
