It took from July 23 to August 4th to fix the transmission but they got it done and helped me finance the repairs.
Scam artist. Tried to upsell me on various services. Sent me a photo of my rear pads that were supposedly 5/32 thick. Then, it needed a caliper after I authorized pads and rotors. I NEVER RECEIVED THE 5/32" PADS BACK ! They must be shop props for scamming everyone. The old pad was well above thickness. Told me I failed inspection for wiper blades. They've been great at helping me out last minute for issues I have with my car. My alternator/battery died right around Christmas and they were able to get one sent in within 24 hours and have me on the go again. Then recently my car started overheating, but they were able to get my car in and fixed the next day. Very friendly and helped explain things to me about what my car needed over the phone. And the process was very easy. I'll definitely be going back with any maintenance issues.
