Brought in my 2023 Tacoma. Had issues with alignment. Toyota failed to properly address the issue being that it only had just over 5k miles on it. Ryan and Jason got it all straightened out and resolved the issue, in a timely manner (waited on vehicle there). Was very pleased with service I received and will recommend them to anyone else. not trustworthy tires were not rotated, nor slow leek was addressed, other. mot going to recommend nor go back
booked an appointment over the phone monday for wednesday. go to drop my truck off tuesday and they say no techs will be there. what’s the point in booking the appointment then
