Dishonest new management. Tried saying I needed something fixed for $3000 for inspection, when it was just in there a month ago and that “thing” was marked in good condition. Also took it elsewhere to get looked at after for a second opinion and the other shop did not mention that was an issue at all. They will try to suck you dry, I would not recommend taking your car here… ever.
I was told it was going to take one day to replace my alternator, belt and battery. It ended up taking three days. I found out later they were short on technicians. It would have been nice to know that before hand. I needed to scramble to get to work and to a VA doctor appointment. So disappointed.
It was terrible made a appt for a Sat morning they told me when I went there no one showed up to do oil changes I had to change appt for another time at 7:15am in morning then I rescheduled another appt for this past Tuesday at 11:00 am boyfriend took my car there got there at 10 30 then they tell him he had to make another appt to come back hour later then they were messing with my head display buttons messed up my window shield speed .
