Service is horrible, I scheduled an appointment for emission and state inspection at 10am ,they checked me in and left my vehicle in the parking lot until the end of the day while they worked 10 other vehicles ahead of me . Their response was they were swamped because the had 1 mechanic working . Never again, they also over bill and probably make there own problem to overcharge so that you have to apply for the solution programs. This location is the best. Jill is great, explained everything I needed and was so helpful giving the status update and letting me know my inspection was done.
I took my car in on Friday for a knocking noise after hearing great recommendations from coworkers, and I’m really glad I did. This was my first time bringing my car here, and it’s the first shop that truly felt honest about both the work and the pricing. Jill took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, which I really appreciated. The mechanic also did a great job on my car. Overall, a very positive experience—this will definitely be my go-to place whenever I need work done.
