The technicians were fine, but needed to upsell everything. I had a diagnosis on my vehicle. They found a misfire on one cylinder. They suggested replacing all the coils and all the spark plugs. I asked if they checked the plugs as party of the diagnosis. They said they would for an additional diagnosis fee. They already had the plug accessible after removing a coil for the diagnosis. Quick tire rebalance and tpms pairing
They tried to charge me over $1000 for a small little repair. Told me a lot more things were wrong with my vehicle than were and that I needed to do more maintenance than what is necessary. Went to a different garage, and paid $150. I will never go to my Meineke again..
