I've used these guys for several years and have been genuinely pleased with their service - always 5-Star up to now. However, they are under new ownership with new auto mechanics. They are friendly and extremely detailed in their inspections. Yet, in my most recent oil change, they put the wrong plug back in, leading to leaks in my driveway. Update: went back to Meineke for a new battery. An unfamiliar face was behind the counter but was very nice and friendly. While looking at my vehicle they found several issues that needed “immediate attention” which surprised me since there were no issues last time I was there 3 weeks before. Suddenly the radiator is leaking, the struts are leaking and the steering is loose in addition to needing new spark plugs. I chose to replace the battery and replace the spark plugs via their online portal that showed the total prices. ... read more

Made a 1pm appointment for oil change. Arrived at 1pm. At 1:30 I asked when they were going to get started. "As soon as bay (blah blah) gets open." At 2:05 my truck made it to the bay. What's the point of making an appointment? Price was good though because of Groupon.
