I made appointment online for oil change. I was given a different higher price when I showed up. I tried to refuse tire rotation but was denied. One stud was stripped on the tire rotation; I was told it happened removing the nut (never heard of that happening) especially when fresh metal fragments are in the pictures that I requested. Worse one of my hub caps was cracked and a piece was broken off in the process; I discovered it when I went home. A simple oil change has become an expensive burden. 8/4/26 It's always so satisfying to know there is a place I can go to for up to last minute repairs and service. I feel with confidents that you are going to get the help regardless of the situation. I had my truck towed there with a complete dead battery due to the Intoxalock device which I told the service guy when and why my truck was being towed. My battery just needed to be charged and the device calibrated which literally takes a few minutes to charge it. My bill was $209. 00. I was charged a diagnostic and labor feed why? I told him it was a dead battery I didn’t okay that. One charge than he charged my twice for jump starting my battery at this point I could have bought a battery. I feel so taken.
